1. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on acs444 and use any real-money product, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or gambling on acs444.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from acs444 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are registering one account only. Maintaining or attempting to maintain multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and up to date.

acs444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory verification, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending resolution.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acs444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. acs444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify acs444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if your credentials have been compromised. acs444 may temporarily lock your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.

All activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is assumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us otherwise. acs444 is not liable for transactions completed before a security notification has been received and acted upon.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on acs444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time support hours (UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside support hours will be processed at the next available opportunity.
• Withdrawal destination: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account. acs444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Verification hold: acs444 may apply a temporary hold on withdrawals pending identity verification. Players are advised to complete verification promptly to avoid delays.

acs444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which acs444 accepts no responsibility. All transactions are processed under the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

Deposits made to acs444 are final. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support at [email protected] as promptly as possible. acs444 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe but cannot guarantee reversal of completed deposit transactions.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

acs444 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-play credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in the event of a conflict.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus credits must be wagered in full before any related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, crash games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are issued to the registered account holder only and may not be transferred or assigned.
• acs444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including use of multiple accounts, incorrect personal information, or abuse of referral programmes — will be voided in full.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on acs444 — whether on sports markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), live casino games, slots, crash games, or fish shooting titles — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. acs444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed disruption that affects the outcome of a bet, acs444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by acs444 at any time without prior notice.
• acs444 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino products. Live casino products are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own fair play certifications.
• Any bet placed using a fraudulently funded account or a payment method belonging to a third party will be voided and the account suspended.

acs444 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns are determined, at acs444's sole discretion, to constitute abuse of platform markets, exploitation of pricing errors, or coordinated match manipulation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the acs444 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting pricing errors, latency-based advantages, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or share information in real-time live poker or card games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Using another person's payment account without their explicit written consent.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Registering more than one account on the platform under any combination of names, devices, or mobile numbers.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via account settings.
• Session time limits: Players may configure alerts or automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Players may activate a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be locked from real-money activity.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break may self-exclude for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, acs444's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their acs444 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

acs444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, acs444 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the contact details on file.

Your continued use of the acs444 platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. acs444 operates as a safe and reliable platform. The platform does not make representations regarding licensing by any specific Bangladeshi government body. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
